How do I properly clean my Vernon Towel Warmer?

Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaners to clean the radiators as this will cause damage to the surface finish. Please use warm water and a damp cloth. – Do not clean when hot.

What is the warranty for my towel warmers?

We offer a 10-year warranty on the body of the warmer and 5-year warranty for the element.

How long will it take for my towel warmer to heat up?

Our towel warmers take between 20–45 minutes to heat to its optimum temperature, depending on the size of the unit. Our MINI Towel Warmer series will take 15-30 minutes to heat up.
