Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaners to clean the radiators as this will cause damage to the surface finish. Please use warm water and a damp cloth. – Do not clean when hot.
We offer a 10-year warranty on the body of the warmer and 5-year warranty for the element.

Our Electric Towel Warmers take between 40- 70 minutes to warm up and 60-100 minutes to reach their optimum temperature. Our MINI Towel Warmer series will take 15-30 minutes to heat up.

For our hydronic towel warmers, the time varies as it’s contingent on the type of heating source, such as a boiler, and its distance from the towel warmer.
